In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation in force in the European Union, the holder of this consent authorises Total Láser to process their personal data, and grants this authorisation in an express, free, unequivocal and informed manner.
Likewise, the holder of this consent has been informed of the following data:
DATA CONTROLLER. The data controller is Total Láser, with registered address at C/ Diputación, 113, 08015 Barcelona, Spain.
PURPOSE. The data will be used for:
– Manage the request for the information requested.
– Keep you informed about Total Láser’s activity (send you communications about our products, services, events, news and activities, including by electronic means, if you tick the acceptance box).
STORAGE PERIOD. The personal data provided will be kept for a period of five years from the last confirmation of your interest, unless you request their deletion.
Once your request for information through our form or answered by e-mail, if it has not generated a new treatment, the personal data provided will be retained from that time and for the periods provided by law for compliance with legal obligations and for the care and defence of any liabilities arising from the treatment.
And in the event that you have agreed to receive commercial mailings (to keep you informed about the activity), said data will be kept for the duration of the service requested, until you request cancellation of the same. And after the end of our relationship, for the periods provided for by law for compliance with legal obligations and for the attention and defence of possible liabilities arising from the processing.
LEGITIMACY. The legal basis of the processing is based on the consent that you, as a user, give when you request information from us through our contact form and when you tick the box to accept the sending of information.
RECIPIENTS. The transfer of personal data to third parties is not foreseen, with the exception of the information expressly collected by law.
RIGHTS. The interested party may exercise the rights in relation to their personal data granted to them by the RGPD. Rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, data portability and opposition. You may exercise these rights by writing to the data controller. You also have the right to withdraw the consent given and to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in its capacity as Supervisory Authority. If you need help to formalise such a request, we will provide you with a form for this purpose.
PROVENANCE. The data collected are provided by the interested party through the contact form.
When you fill in our web contact form, you are sending us your name, telephone number and e-mail address, personal data subject to current legislation. Therefore, you expressly authorise us to collect and process them, under the conditions that you are reading. This information will be used exclusively to manage the purposes set out in this consent.
Users will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided and are responsible for communicating any changes to the same, with Total Láser being exempt from any type of responsibility in this respect.
The User is warned that, except for the existence of a legally constituted representation, no User may use the identity of another person and communicate their personal data, so that the User must at all times bear in mind that they may only include personal data corresponding to their own identity and which are adequate, pertinent, current, accurate and true. To this effect, the User will be solely responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage caused to third parties or to Total Láser due to the use of personal details of another person, or their own personal details when they are false, erroneous, out of date, inadequate or impertinent. Likewise, the user who uses the personal data of a third party will be liable to the latter for the obligation of information established in article 5.4 of the LOPD for when the personal data has not been obtained from the interested party and/or for the consequences of not having informed them.
In the event that the user is under 18 years of age, they may only provide their personal details on the forms used to collect them, with the prior consent of their parents or guardians, by sending the corresponding form duly signed by the parents or guardians by registered post and with a copy of the ID card of the signing parent or guardian to the following address: email@example.com
Total Láser is not responsible for the details of minors who, without being aware of this fact, have been provided without the consent of the parents or guardians, and therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions, and at all times it is the minor themselves, their parents or guardians who will be responsible for the legal consequences and expenses that may arise from this.
If any information provided by the User is false or inaccurate, Total Láser reserves the right to cancel the User’s subscription and terminate the User’s rights to use the Service.
This personal data will be included in a register owned by Total Láser, which we maintain in the General Data Protection Register. The personal data will be processed mainly in an automated format, subject to appropriate security controls and measures, which will prevent, as far as possible, improper access, loss of information or corruption of the data.
We have servers with sufficient capacity to maintain this data with full guarantees of security, integrity and availability. As the owner of the data, you may exercise your rights by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the right you wish to exercise in the subject line.
